Il segreto nei soggetti secchi di partenza come noi sono i grassi e i cho alti..le pro non devono essere super esagerate..in una parola kcal..dannate kcal
Il mio max (anche se per via di cose non durai più di 2-3 settimane a questo regime) fu :
cho da 350 a 400 ca.
pro sempre invariate sulle 120-130 gr.
e fat sui 70-80 gr. non ricordo di preciso. sulle 2800-3000 ero comunque. Ma però avevo un ventre troppo gonfio e poca muscolatura =/
