Dopo la fase di massa sporchissima di quest'anno che mi aveva portato a questo livello che posso anche definire "informe" ora, dopo 3 mesi di alimentazione sensata e 7 kg in meno compare qualche linea, che mi dite?

eheh proprio così! Per ora la forza aumenta in regime ipocalorico e il peso è quasi stabile, mi sa che continuo così fino a metà agosto e poi massa pulitissima!

grazie anche a te amico, essendoci poca carne, ed essendoci ancora pellaccia di quando ero obeso l'unica strada è mettere muscolo e stirare il possibile! Nel periodo estivo mi manterrò in ricomposizione cambiando strategia a seconda delle risposte del corpo.. e poi da metà agosto-settembre aumento graduale e leggero dei carbo, sempre in carb cycling, sperando di avere tutta la spinta ormonale di una situazione a bassa bf!
