quelli che faccio io sono nel diario,nelle prime pagine insieme agli altri allenamenti...come consiglio direi inizialmente di inserire 2/3 esercizi dinamici,quindi con movimento del busto o del bacino od entrambi ed 1/2 esercizi statici e successivamente statici/dinamici...serie e rip andrebbero formulate in base a scopo e priorita' di allenamento
La sottile differenza che c'e' tra... fare sport e VIVERE di sport...(auto cit.)
