Per adesso sono in low carb con mille sgarri, diciamo che l'idea era mantenere le masse piano piano sgrassare ma dovrò tirare ancora di più la cinghia altrimenti non divento più come in avatar!!
per le braccia invece devo dire che non le alleno molto intensamente, faccio giusto 15 minuti a settimana il giorno delle gambe (eresia!) ma ovviamente facendo sempre multi articolari sono costantemente sotto sforzo.
Purtroppo con il lavoro tesi etc mi sto allenando la sera dalle 22 a mezzanotte circa, ma tengo duro.
