mio prima e dopo che ne dite...soltanto 5 mesi....
allora dieta che seguivo
colazione: 5 albumi, 10 fette biscottate,1 bicchiere di latte
spuntino : crackers 3pacchi
pranzo: 150g pasta 70g pane 170/150g carne solitamente bianca, grassi da condimento in pasta e carne, insalata
spuntino:5 albumi, 10 fette biscottate,1 bicchiere di latte
cena: 150g pollo, 100g pane, insalata, frutto
prenanna: 400ml di latte
adesso invece ho eliminato la colazione sostituendola con 400 ml di latte con biscotti secchi o fette biscottate e lo spuntino pomeridiano con 2 frutti, perchè non ho piu' tanta fretta di crescere
in partenza avevi la base giusta per partire con la costruzione... ti stai riempendo... continua cosi... devi ancora riempire tanto... fino adesso che fatto bene
