Non ho praticamente mai allenato direttamente il trapezio (ogni tanto scrollate) ma è cresciuto in maniera prepotente con stacchi, farmers walk e log power clean.

No, penso che stacchi & c. siano sufficienti per sviluppare dei buoni trapezi. Ora eseguo stacchi ed esercizi analoghi ben 3 volte a settimana, sento lavorare moltissimo i trapezi...se non esplodono ora...ehehe
