Le gambe certo che le alleno!
In estate quando vado di + in MTB un po' meno chiaramente ma da settembre ad aprile un giorno x il classico "Gambe e addome" a metà settimana c'è!
Per la misura sinceramente nn lo so, appena posso misuro e vi dico!
Per i tric è proprio il blocco petto - spalle - tric che è indietro rispetto a dorso - bic
