Beh, qeust'anno ho inserito nella programmazione dei cicli di forza, e devo dire ke mi hanno aiutato non poco, inoltre ho tralasciato anke un po la classica split A-b-c-d, preferendo un A-B 4 volte a settimana e inserendo tecniche ad alta intensità come rest pause,stripping e serie discendenti.
Poi ho curato di più l'integrazione.
