Alza i pesi,fatti aiutare magari nelle positive se non ce la fai nelle ultime ripetizioni,ma la fase eccentrica goditela tutta,almeno 4 secondi per scendere.
panca inclinata,manubri su piana e croci su inclinata.
Pochi esercizi ,ripetizioni medio basse e tanto peso.Vedi quello che succede
cosa sarebbero ste negative/positive
io di solito faccio: panca piana 4x6
spinte 45° 4x8
peck deck 3x10
croci 30° 4x12
pigliamo la panca piana come esempio.
Fase positiva o concentrica: tirare su il bilanciere
Fase isometrica:tenerlo su immobili
Fase negatica o eccentrica: portare il bilanciere verso il petto
