non ho capito una cosa: tendi a dimagrire od ad ingrassare?
Praticamente se non sto attento a ciò che mangio tendo a buttar via kg come nulla.
Altro broblema è quello della ritenzione idrica. Sono sempre abbastanza appannato,ora ho provato a ridurre quasi completamente i latticini e in qualche modo sembra migliorare la situazione.
Rimane il fatto che non ho mai fatto un programma di massa decente ,rimedierò questo inverno spero
