guardate che se stessimo parlando di un fisicone iper tirato ok...se avete delle foto di luca dorigo un annetto fa ci può pure stare..,,lui aveva un gran fisico..

ragazzi parliamo di uno che è grosso per la gente comune, ovvio, ma è pur sempre pieno d'acqua e massa sporca...un fisico così è raggiungibilissimo, soprattutto con la base già ottima che aveva..
1) avevo più gambe io quando uscii dalla camera operatoria dopo essermi devastato il ginocchio.
2) non ha un ***** di braccia
3) ha la panza.
sta meglio dell'uomo medio e peggio di chiunque si alleni con un po' di criterio.
Di certo immaginando che non cura l'alimentazione alla follia, e che non farà vita da monaco, nel complesso è più che sufficente..
