Problema centrato!
Il bello e che proprio sti tempi ho fatto un allenamento mirato per la velocita...eppure niente da fare...la velocita non vuol venire fuori neanche con pesi leggeri...cioe dai 220 fino ai 270 la velocita rimane piu o meno la stessa (simile).
Non saprei, magari anche la capacità di imprimere accelerazioni elevate la si acquisisce col tempo, oppure dipende dalla tecnica che si utilizza..boh!
In ogni caso è meglio avere questi "problemi" che non averli, vuol dire che ci sono ancora margini per mostruosi miglioramenti
