ottimo fisico body77 anche perchè mantenere le masse con la kick non è facile ma il torace e la definizione sono pazzesche...forse un pelo carenti le braccia....ma per curiosità a Miami che fai lavori studi o altro(zezzo sfrenato per esmpio ahaha)?

Mi alleno sempre meno,1-2 volte a settimana con 2-3 volte di kick, ma diciamo che mi mantengo ancora bene... ah ah ah!!!!
