"Faccio 4x10 di panca cn 30kg una volta a settimana, poi 3x12 di croci e 2x15 di pectoral, xké non mi cresce il petto?"
fantastico e ora fate tutti 110x6 kg di panca con 43 di braccio
comunque non ha senso nemmeno per i weideriani quell'allenamento di panca
