c'è poco da prenedere in giro...quella serie per me è stata produttiva. Molto piu' che 30kg fatti con la schiena al muro. Ci si rompe...ma si cresce.
Io al tempo (da grasso) feci 2 colpi con 90 con esecuzione molto peggiore...diciamo che con 80 facevo come sto qui (con lo stesso numero di colpi piu' o meno)...mai fatto male.
Secondo me il rischio di strappi c'è sulla panca scott...li' ne ho visti diversi ritrovarsi col bicipite accartocciato sulla spalla...anche con carichi ridicoli eh...
