Si quasi alle prime armi, avevo fatto palestra per due anni 6 anni fa, poi uno stop di 3 anni dove facevo qualche esercizio a casa ma tutto a caso, non seguivo nessuna regola alimentare.
Ora è quasi un anno che ci vado regolarmente, da 6-7 mesi cerco di seguire una dieta corretta.
