Allora è proprio vero..i pesi non contanto un caiser
Sono sicuro di potere alzare dei pesi molto maggiori ma nn me la sento di rischiare a causa di un infortunio passato, nn vorrei pegiudicarmi di nuovo la possibilità di allenare le gambe
