sto scendendo di bf...sono 1.70 cm per 70kg (partivo da 74)
ma la cosa sorprendente sono le braccia...mio punto debole stanno venendo fuori molto bene...sto provonda un wo diverso di specializzazione..e sto regendo molto bene...a breve ne posto una dove si notano meglio(l'avevo fatta ma era venuta no schifo...)
anche l'addome sta venendo fuori
