visto che in palestra l'amico con cui mi dovevo iscrivere non ci vuole più andare!!!
ma vacci da solo in palestra che non ti distrai e fai bene gli esercizi senza stare sempre a parlare e blaterare e fare pause di 5 minuti tra una serie(fatta a *****) e l'altra...
