l'influenza dei grassi contenuti nei formaggi puo essere amplificata o diminuita a seconda di molti fattori... diete particolari,stress,fumo...
percio in un soggetto sano a dieta per esempio 100 gr di gorgonzola potrebbero come no, trasformarsi in colesterolo
