io c'ho i polsi spappolati da tempo ma ormai ho imparato a conviverci,a volte si attenua,a volte mi aumenta il dolore...mi metto i polsini rigidi e fanculo!
scommetto che tutto questo è stato causato da curl con bilanciere o curl bilanciere panca scott....se è così problemi simili li ho avutim anche io, roba allucinante nn potevo nemmno girare il polso e se schiacciavo l'avambraccio con le dita quasi saltavo...io ho apllicato solo ghiaccio e antiinfiammatori...poi è passato tutto da solo nn praticando più quegli esercizi, affidandomi solo ai manubri e bilanciere EZ
