anche io quando mi alleno ho problemi a dormire, ho risolto in parte bevendo una tisana alla valeriana e passiflora prima di dormire e sempre prima di dormire faccio una doccia calda che è vasodilatatoria
Prima di andar a dormire da lunedì prendo "Sonnorex" con melatonina, valeriana e altre erbe dentro, per la doccia calda prima di andar a dormire la proverò anche!
