Salve a tutti: il giorno seguente del wo del petto in cui ho aumentato un po i carichi ma senza faticare disumanamente ho riscontrato guardandomi allo specchio una specie di buco sulla zone del petto alto destro..al tatto ne se sforzo il muscolo non mi fa male ma sembra che ci sia tipo un vuoto in quella zona..posto una foto
