Vera la questione sul "raffreddamento". Ho notato peggioramenti anche durante periodi climatici particolarmente umidi. Attualmente mi trovo meglio con pochi pasti al giorno (3/4). Il fattore emotivo non mi ha mai convinto piú di tanto, passo ad esempio periodi di stress (esami universitari) senza problemi per poi avere ricadute in periodi "non sospetti".
Paradossalmente per condizioni simili spesso si rischia piu' nella fase di ripresa da un periodo di stress che durante lo stress stesso, se trovo I riferimenti li posto.
