Mi è successo che dopo aver fatto squat ho un po' flesso la gamba destra in rotazione, cioè mi sono voltato all' indietro tenendo il piedi dritti nella direzione in cui erano ed il legamento esterno non l' ha presa troppo bene. Dopo dovevo andare al lavoro e siccome faccio il cameriere ho dovuto correre tutta sera, stanotte starò male e domani mattina mi sveglierò infermo, la mia domanda è che cosa devo fare ed entro quando starò bene come prima?
