Salve da 1 anno ho un un problema al braccio sinistro , non riesco ad estendere il braccio fino alle fine ,cioè la posizione massima è quella che si assume col braccio rilassato. Stesso problema nella distensione;limitato nel movimento finale. Riesco ad allenarmi senza problemi ,sento solo un pò di fastidio se cerco di sforzarlo a riposo cioè nei movimenti normali. nel movimento sento uno scricchiolio..
