prendo pro in polvere da 1 mese e mezzo, da qualche giorno ho notato che la mia urina odora un pò di ammoniaca. La mia alimentazione prevede 1,7 o 1,8 pro/kg, e 2 litri d'acqua al giorno. Da pochi giorni ho smesso con le pro in polvere e ho notato che l'odore di ammoniaca non c'è quasi più. è colpa dell'eccessivo carico proteico? Vorrei usare solo bcaa nei giorni work(che non ho mai usato), mi farebbero lo stesso effetto delle pro?
