Salve a tutti questa mattina mi sono svegliato con un dolore fortissimo ai reni e come ogni mattina un forte bisogno di urinare =P quindi vado in bagno e mi rimetto a dormire e piano piano il dolore è passato,dato che prendo creatina solo da 1 settimana per 6gr al giorno ho pensato fosse quello però 1 settimana mi sembra troppo poco per causare questo tipo di problema o sbaglio?
