ragazzi indicatemi qualche proteina che contenga poco lattoferrina di suo!!
veramente arrivo a 60gr...due da30gr...
ma ho notato che ,con un blend negli spuntini e mantenendo sempre la stessa quota proteica(+o-)mi ha dato valori più alti delle prcedenti analisi...non allarmanti..per carità..ma se potevo migliorare cambiando polvere l'ho facevo volentieri..!
