Salve sono nuova del forum non sono una bb ma pratico un po di gym a casa.Chiedo aito per la dieta o meglio per chi come me soffre di ipotiroidismo è consigliabile una dieta 40%30%30% la clssica zona oppure una 50%30%20% .Ho letto in qualche messaggio che il consumo eleevato di grassi a discapito dei carboidrati appiattisce il funzionamento della tiroide .E' vero .Mi date delucudazioni in merito?
