ciao a tutti, volevo un informazione , io faccio palestra ed eseguo principalmente gli esercizi di strappo e squat....ho fatto la vista ortopedica ed ho scoperto che ho il ginocchio valgo e la dottoressa mi ha consigliato di fasciarmi le ginocchia nel caso avessi superato il carico di 100kg....ecco adesso vorrei sapere dove posso trovare delle informazioni su come fasciarmi le ginocchia in modo corretto...grazie mille
