domanda forse banale, però visto che ho 30 anni, e da 5/6 che faccio palestra e corsa (canonici 30 min), non è che questo implica una usura significativa delle articolazioni delle ginocchia,spalle e gomiti?
30 min. cardio+allenamento pesi ben strutturato non implicano normalmente problemi a livello articolare, anzi ne migliorano la salute.Questo ovviamente non vale per chi già è predisposto o ha avuto infortuni in passato.
Cmq se ti preoccupa la salute articolare, vi sono in commercio buoni integratori che proteggono dall'usura.
