DIET
Wake up
5 caps of BCAA plus 1 scoop of whey protein with water.
8.00 am
6 egg white.
1 cup of oat meal, 4 Equals, some cinnamon.
1 apple
2 grams of Vitamin C
1 pack of multi vitamins
10.00 am - Before the gym:
1 scoop of creatine mixed with 50 grams of carbs.
5 caps of BCAA.
2.00 pm - After training
2 scoops of whey protein, mixed with water.
50 grams of carbs
5 caps of BCAA.
4.00 pm
8 oz of ground turkey.
1 cup of brown rice.
1 small salad, fat free dressing.
2 grams of Vitamin C.
5 caps of BCAA.
6.00 pm
2 scoops of whey protein, mixed with water.
8.00 pm
8 oz of fish ( salmon)
1 cup of brown rice.
1 small salad, fat free dressing.
2 sugar free Jello.
2 grams of Vitamin C
5 caps of BCAA.
10.00 pm
2 scoops of whey protein, mixed with water.
I drink at least 1 gallon of water a day.

During the same phone call in which they talked about training, here Rob Thoburn and Triple H discuss his diet.
Rob: Hunter, what is an example of breakfast for you?
Hunter: 6 egg whites plus 2 yolks, grilled chicken breast, pancakes or oatmeal (carbs)
Rob: Do you drink coffee?
Hunter: No. Iced tea.
Rob: How many meals do you have per day?
Hunter: I usually eat 6 meals per day, unless it’s a really long day where I might have 7 or 8 meals. I eat every 2-3 hours.
3 food meals plus 3 protein shakes ---if I can get more food meals in, I will.
Rob: When we talked about training you said that you eat breakfast before you train, is that right?
Hunter: Yeah, I train 2 hours after breakfast. When I’m done training I have a protein shake with simple carbs like orange juice.
Rob: What’s an example of lunch?
Hunter: For lunch I will have a protein source ---chicken, fish, turkey, or beef. I try to get 10 ounces of protein. And pasta for carbs. When I’m at home I eat pasta a lot. On the road I usually have large sweet or baked potato plus steamed veggies or a salad.
Rob: And for dinner?
Hunter: Dinner is pretty much the same. This is where I tweak my diet. If I want to be leaner, I may cut my carbs back during dinner. If I feel okay with my leanness, I continue as with lunch and have carbs –potato.Last edited by matt85; 05-07-2006, 18:47:44.
