Vaccini in Usa, Fda estende scadenza J&J fino a 4 mesi e mezzo
Johnson & Johnson ha annunciato che la Food and Drug Administration (Fda) ha autorizzato una estensione della data di scadenza del suo vaccino anti Covid, da tre a quattro mesi e mezzo. L'annuncio arriva mentre milioni di dosi J&J, conservate a temperature di frigorifero, rischiavano di scadere ed essere gettate via. Secondo i Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Cdc), la massima autorità sanitaria Usa, sono state distribuite 21 milioni di dosi J&J negli Usa ma solo 11 milioni sono state somministrate.

South Africa has entered its third wave of Covid-19 infections as the continent’s worst-hit country registered 9,149 new cases, Reuters reports.
The National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NCID) said South Africa had exceeded the national 7-day moving average incidence of 5,959 cases as defined by the ministerial advisory committee (MAC).
The MAC advisory reported the latest wave of cases had a 7-day moving average threshold that was 30% of the peak incidence of the previous wave, which reached around 10,000 infections driven by a new variant.

Sisi certo, sicuramente non c'è correlazione, sicuramente i benefici superano i rischi, il vaccino non crea immortalità, etc etc, tutte ste frasette che leggiamo da mesi mi sembrano solo ridicole dinnanzi a situazioni come queste.
