se sei sottoposto al contratto al commercio hai diritto, concordandolo con l'azienda, a un periodo di aspettativa non retribuito (ricorda:non maturano nè contributi nè ferie) per un massimo di sei mesi, usufruibili per una sola volta.
Se non sbaglio dovrebbe essere l'art 78 (o 76) del CCNL.
