cmq la gioia della tavola e' per lo piu' offerta dai carboidrati non eccessivamente complessi.
e' vero che eliminandoli si eliminerebbe quasi il problema del conto calorico, ma e' come dare il consiglio di non far piu' sesso occasionale cosi' non si corre il rischio di malattie veneree/hiv
il tutto va sempre preso con le pinze
nel senso che dovrebbe essere una linea guida per la settimana, condita dagli ovvii sgarri come prevede appunto anche il bodybuilding
