...a già la confusione muscolare potrei far cosi quando faccio gambe mi dirigo al rack poi a 30 cm svio e vado alla lat machine cosi non capiscono più un c.... e crescono!!!!!!!!!!

ragazzi stasera si è fatta di nuovo viva tramite messaggino una ragzza che avevo abbordato nn concludendo nula tempo fa.la stessa mi aveva incontrato in disco e era stata troppo appiccicata e poi al momento di concludere nn si è fatta sentire per mesi.
