penso che se uno dei primi tre ha gia' la qualifica passa pure il quarto......infatti kefalianos all'australian gp si e' qualificato proprio cosi'

Rnd 1 Pro Men

Troy Alves- USA: Great Color! Hard upper Body, Pecs separated. Arms and Shoulders came up. Side Ham look good. Thighs are a bit down. Back dry, Calves slight, Hams and Glutes are still holding some water. Abs and Thighs look great! Nice showing for Troy!

Francisco Bautista- Spain: Wide and Thick! Blocky but Hard and Vascular! In shape for Paco. Trademark Legs are sick! Too much Oil but condition is ON! Dark Horse to shake up the top spot! Thighs and everything in great condition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Raul Carrasco- Spain: Needs more color. Back Bi looks ok but he is considerably smoother than Paco. Good lines, needs more Pec size. Serratus are sliced! Legs holding water from the side. Calves could come up, looks better posing and tightening up with each pose!

Darrem Charles- Trinidad/USA: 41 year IFBB Veteran! ABs sliced and tight! Best Double Bi Shot! Deep dark color. Tri's are sliced. Hams could use some extra Mass, good double back bi! Not very vascular but in great condition, feathers on quads! Very nice, big applause from crowd.

Omar Deckard- USA: Tall 6'1 or 6'2. Good lines, great Abs. Shapely could use extra Mass everywhere to match his height but pleasing to look at1 Back is a bit shallow, good calves! Nice separation in back. confident poser and good job!

Oscar Dexter- Tahiti: Color is off, Taller guy. Hams good. Needs more size everywhere! Upper body harder than lower. Muscular guy.

George Farah- Lebanon/USA: Flat in stomach. Good Arm Shot. Lower back separated. More Back thickness needed. Thigh separation is not as good as I've seen in the past. Color abit orange, better than last year.

Andy Haman- USA: Reminicent of Chris Cook. Solid physique, good Arms. Holding a lot in the Glute and Hams. Lower back holding some water. Upper Body is drier than Lower. Thick Traps, good Pec separation. Having fun onstage.

Milton Holloway Jr.- USA: Smallish Bodybuilder, Right Lat larger than his left. Full Pecs, Needs more mass on calves. Good tri's. & Bi separation. Dry and hard. Needs work on psoing.

Don Long- USA: Needs to control Abs. Bi's are still trademark and BIG! Hard, definitely improved from Ironman. Back is Much improved

Jonathan Rowe- USA: Nice presentation. Thick n Dry! Big Wheels.

Fredric Sauvage- France; 202lbs, Back is Vascular! Hams are soft. Shapely physique, Most Muscular is tight, needs more Thickness.

Daniele Seccarecci- Italy: Tall guy. Wide Lats, needs thigh separatation. Big Upper Body. Tri's are cut. Soft in lower back. Needs Thickness, kinda shallow. Hams and Glutes soft. better from the front

Sergey Shelestov- Russia: B I G!! From the front Hard Back is soft. Great Wheels! Side tri impressive,Thighs are peeled. Traps and Chest are 1st Class!

John Simmons- USA: making a Comeback of sorts after some time away. Big Legs, needs more color. Nasty scar down center of stomach ala George Farah. Back is way off, Hams smooth and watery. Friom the front did the homework. Nice job

Nathan Wonsley- USA: Big Wheeles, not a very good poser. Good Bi shot. Holding some water.

Hidetada Yamagishi- Japan: Great Color! Thighs have "peek a Boo" Feathers on Quads. Side Chest is DRY!!!!!!!!!!! Good calves. Back separated and good Christmas Tree. Good lines.
Legs are his best body part! Nice job, Cramping while walking off stage

Miguel Filho- Brazil: Dark, BLACK! Robbie Robinson like. Big a bit Blocky. Holding water from the back in Glutes, Hams and Back. Calves are nice. Traps Big.
