Ripped to Shreds Nutritional Strategy
Ripped to Shreds : Pre-Contest Diet (2005 Mr. Olympia) This is the pre-contest diet that I started Saturday, June 11, for this year's Mr. Olympia. I am switching it up slightly this year and have decided to begin my diet 18 weeks out from the show instead of the 12 weeks that I did for last year's show. This gives me lots of time to come down slowly.
I will keep everyone posted on my progress and any changes to this strategy as they occur.
7:00AM Wake up & walk the dogs.
7:30AM Take Hydroxycut and begin 30 minute cardio session.
8:00AM Meal 1: 12 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 banana & 1 cup of black coffee.
9:30AM Pump-Tech (6 caps) and beginning first training session.
11:00AM 2 scoops of Cell-Tech.
11:30AM Meal 2: 2 cups of rice with 10 ounces of chicken.
2:00PM Meal 3: 10 ounces of beef, 1 1/2 cups of oats & broccolli.
3:00PM Pump-Tech (6 caps) and begin second training session.
4:15PM Nitro-Tech shake: 30 grams of protein immediately following training.
4:30PM Meal 4: 8 ounces of chicken, 1 1/2 cups of oats & green beans.
7:00PM Meal 5: 12 ounces of orange rouphy fish with 1 cup of oats.
9:30 Meal 6: 12 eggs (2 whole) & 1 cup oats.
10:00 Acetablon III (4 caps) then off to bed.
