Brutta immagine!

Grazie a voi ragazzi!
UPDATE PRESS CONFERENCE:
Phil Heath branch and dexter inspired me this year. Dexter Jackson winning fifth Arnold when people said he couldn't do it. Branch for holding off all the younger guys. Was I happy with my physique last year, absolutely not. This year I decided to enjoy myself and smell the roses. It's my job to be mr Olympia every day when the spotlight isn't on me.
Phil says he thinks Dexter Jackson would win if he wasn't in the show....
On paper, Dexter Jackson probably has the biggest pedigree of anybody on this stage. - Phil Heath
I just come tomorrow to the show. Take my shirt off. Take my pants on. Put some oil on and do my job. - Dennis Wolf
I've trained the entire year just for this day. - Shawn Rhoden
Phil can be beat just like everyone else. - Shawn Rhoden
I'm going to enjoy this one. - Phil Heath
The Sandows are in my house. Especially the gold one. Damn that thing looks good. - Phil Heath
They're not going to lay my down. It's my job to lay them down. - Phil Heath
Phil says his look this year is a fusion of 2011 and 2013.
Phil says he's gone from 238 lbs at the Arnold to 245 lbs now.
It's hard as hell to do a whole year of dieting. - Dexter Jackson
BELLISSIMA RISPOSTA QUI DI RAMY:
Bob asks Ramy how many guys are you going to beat tomorrow. Big Ramy says "All of them"
Dexter when I won in 2008 I was 230. At Arnold I was 238. Tomorrow I'll be 245.
1) Where would Kai Greene have finished? We'll never know. 2) Will Phil Heath be at his all-time best? Judging by recent pics I’ve seen, could well be. 3) Can Dennis Wolf maintain his fullness during prejudging -- something that has let him down in the past? He predicts he will -- if he does, look out! 4) Shawn Rhoden looked huge earlier in the year, will that translate into onstage gains? Seems his back and chest will be thicker, which makes him more formidable. 5) C'mon where would Kai Greene have finished? Bookies would say top two. 6) Can Dexter Jackson move up from the fifth and fourth place finishes of recent years? Expect him to be his best ever and if others don't nail it he'll move ahead of them. 7) Seems Flex Lewis has been right on the 212 pounds button these past couple of years -- will he struggle to make weight? No he weighed in at 210 pounds. He’s too meticulous to screw up on bodyweight. On that point, the 212 guys weighed in on Wednesday night so they have nearly 3 days to carb up. Love to weight them on the day. 8) Okay where will Big Ramy finish? Top six. 9) Will William Bonac be the breakout athlete of the weekend? After his 15th place finish of last year (which left many bemused) with 10 additional gnarly pounds (taking him to 230 pounds) he should crack the top ten. 10) How will 24-year-old Dallas McCarver look? Like the future. 11) Can Jose Raymond win the 212s? If Flex Lewis slips Jose hardness will take advantage. 12) What position awaits Branch Warren? If he's in the condition he has been this year then he's in the mix for top six. 13) Prediction for Cedric McMillan? Can I call a friend? 14) Will Eduardo Correa be ripped? Can Tony Bennet sing? 15) Will Kim Jun Ho be in the 212 mix? He may be most ripped of the whole weekend, but doesn't have the width and taper of other guys. 16) Where would Kai Greene have finished? As a fan favorite no doubt. 17) Dark horse for 212s? Keep your eyes on Guy Cisternino. 18) No c'mon, prediction for Cedric McMillan? If he comes in cut but keeps his fullness he can crack top six and maybe go higher. Just about everyone in the industry wants to see Cedric unleash his full potential. Make this your time Cedric. 19) Who will perform best posing routine of the weekend? Of the high-octane variety a pose off between Tricky Jackson and Fred Smalls. In classically powerful mode, Dennis Wolf. 20) After his disappointing 9th place last year what should we expect from former 202 champ (2008) David Henry? All indications are he is back to his best so anything is possible. With his crazy detail he’s the Phil Heath of the 212s. 21) Is there someone who may shock us? If Roelly Winklaar comes in shape and controls his midsection then with those arms (bis and tris), delts and pecs he will take major scalps and crack the top six. 22) So where would Kai Greene have finished? 1st, 5th, 24th, we'll never know. If Phil Heath comes in off Kai may regard the 2015 Mr. Olympia bash as being a lost golden opportunity. 23) What attire will emcee Bob Cicherillo be wearing? I don't know but I hear it's so loud it has a volume control button -- I'll be wearing shades. 24) At the 51st Olympia who would you most like to see? Joe and Ben Weider.
