Superset with seated cable preacher curls 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps -Skull crushers superset with reverse ez bar curl l 3-4 sets 10-12 reps -seated machine tricep extension superset with cable curls last 3 sets of 20 reps to bring in as much blood into the muscles as possible .
