interesserebbe anche a me, ma non ho capito l'esecuzione dell'esibizione.Ho trovato su cultura fisica le foto di gare ma non ho capito esattamente questa cagoria, qualche buon anima che mi spiega in parole semplici?

Provate a vedere sul sito IFBB. Sono uomini che sfilano in costume...gambe quindi che esulano dal giudizio non essendo visibili. I tiraggi ovviamente sono più morbidi rispetto alle categorie..."You eat, sleep, and drink hypertrophy. You live for the pump. You're a bodybuilder."
