Non avevo dubbi che sarebbe andata a finire così, non mi è mai piaciuto Ardon, IMHO ci sono coach che meritano di più

notevole le urla simulate con neanche 40kg di carico nella macchina, che poi si allena solo con queste, sembra quasi dai video che si alleni svogliatamente, così come quando fa i guest, sembra quasi mandare a quel paese le persone che gli chiedono la foto o l'autografo, per il resto concordo con susperia.

ho volontariamente quotato le foto che mi interessavano, dunque:

quanto cribbio spinge nella prima foto? Se le piastre fossero da 20kg ho contato 160kg di sole piastre , poi spettacolare la seconda foto, quasi mi faccio un poster, il tricipite sembra avere vita propria. Branch, da sempre uno dei miei favoriti per stile di allenamento e "rocciosità muscolare" sicuramente non le manderà a dire al MO, ma la lotta sarà tra Phil e Jay e qui punto la mia scommessa su Phil, tranne che Jay non metta in pratica il "non c'è due senza tre" come condizione fisica presentata negli ultimi 2 MO. La Metroflex, bhe, il mio sogno di palestra da quando ho iniziato a capirne qualcosa . Per il resto, davvero tante grazie Pablo.

Branch Warren suffers leg injury at Metroflex


"Today 2011 Arnold Classic Champion Branch Warren suffered a leg injury at Metroflex Gym in Arlington, Texas.

He was taken to an emergency room and is now going through tests to discover the extent of the injury.

We will be posting updates on Branch Warren's injury as more information becomes available. "

Warren was in Atlanta for a guest posing appearance. He was in a parking lot and attempting to step into his car. The pavement was slick and his left foot slipped out from under him. He fell onto his left leg and heard/felt a "SNAP" from his left knee/quad area. He was immediately taken to an Atlanta hospital for testing.

He has been released from the hospital and wearing a wrap around his left knee/quad. He is now trying to catch the earliest flight he can back to Texas where he plans to go directly to Baylor hospital to meet with his team of doctors to conduct more tests to ascertain the extent of the injury.

Mr. Blechman says that Warren is "upbeat" about the injury and its potential ramifications. Blechman will personally be contacting Warren throughout the weekend for any more updates.

We will be posting more updates on Branch Warren's injury as more information becomes available.

Muscular Development Editor in Chief Steve Blechman has been in contact with Warren and has learned these latest details:
