arrivo da una palestra in cui il circuito veniva svolto per:
-40 secondi attività
-20 secondi riposo
per un totale di 10 stazioni (1 minuto riposo ogni 10 stazioni)
ora nella mia nuova palestra loro si allenano con:
-30 secondi attività
-10 secondi riposo
per un totale di 30 stazioni (riposo variabile in base allo sforzo, ogni 10 stazioni)
