dinamico prima e statico post. pnf meglio in sedute a parte
quoto in pieno, anche se spesso nei corsi (principianti amatori) viene fatto un risc dinamico piu' stretching prima e uno stretching anche finale, a mio avviso
poco utile, meglio prima un dinamico con rotazioni ecc... poi a fine training un po di statico.
