eccomi ritornato..mi sono perso un po' nella discussione..cmq io alleno prevalentemente prima dell'allenamento le parti che nella lotta nn uso(tipo quando facciao solo lotta terra faccio gambe che tanto nn le stanco troppo) o magari un po' la schiena xke nn la sento mai stanca..il venerdi mi dedico solo alla massa..sbaglio cmq?
