Ad ognuno step del movimento conti 3 secondi.
Ti faccio l'esempio del calcio frontale, tiri su il ginocchio (1...2...3),
stendi la gamba (1...2...3...) ritiri la gamba senza appoggiarla al suolo (1...2...3..), appoggi la gamba al suolo.
Stessa cosa per calcio laterale, circolare, circolare all'indietro ecc...
Il movimento però va fatto veloce, nel senso che quando tiro su il ginocchio, lo faccio di scatto, conto 3 secondi e tak allungo la gamba, la tengo li 3 secondi, tak la ritiro, 3 secondi, a terra.
