      i ain't got good abs yet Sergio but i will ass soon as iäm done with my diet. I will be happy to show you then . Right now i'm 160 cm and weight 57,6. For competition day i need to come down to 48-49 kg so till then be paitient

      but i can show my back

        My best compliments, you got some good body to work on, just some cutting in the challenge period and you are done

                  There is one really awesome ab exercise which kills the lower abs really good. You use a pilates ball and lay you back on it so you are in the position to work out the abs. Your are gonna need to hold on something as you need to lift your feet upp in the air crunch and sloly let the legs down but you may not rest and the feet may not tuch the ground.

                  I promise you if you do this and vary you ab workout you will have nice abs

                  but, please, let me understand well... your upper body must'nt move, you just raise your legs and go down slowly slowly... and what about back safety? Isn't this too much stressfull?
