Hi everybody! I just wanted to ask why if there is no difference between upper abs and lower abs (since it is one muscle!) I don t manage to flatten and define the lower part...I ve not fat in excess...maybe I m a bit too slim...184cm and 72kg...21 years old. I play football and I train at home with few weights, sometimes. I tried with crunches 3-4 times per week 20x4 rips...the only result was a swollen abdom,especially under the chest...how come? the kind of abs I m aiming for is the brad pitt s one in fight club(well I know, pitt is pitt!)..flat abdom...any suggestions?
