I have a question about my back workout.
I only have access to barbells and dumbells (home gym) I won't to improve my upper back (between shoulder blades) What exercises can I do using a barbell and dumbell? I'm going to try build a pullup bar. ATM All I can do is deadlifts, Bent over rows, and that other thing where you use each arm to pull the weight up while leaning over.
